Develop Lease Agreements – Through our partnership with a renowned law firm in Freetown, we can provide you everything from  straightforward 1 year leases to 25 year long-term lease agreement

Secure Tenants Or Buyers – We will advertise your property both locally and internationally in order to secure tenants or buyers

Inspections – We provide routine inspections for properties we manage to ensure your tenants are upholding their side of the agreement.

Reporting – We provide annual reports on all properties we manage with pictures

Taxes – We will pay your city taxes and your property income taxes if needed. Property income taxes are typically deducted from the rent and paid by the tenant. However we can verify that the tax was paid by sending you a copy of the tenant’s receipt and ALSO checking with the local tax authority.

Legal Services – We can refer you to our law partners for any legal advise or help you may need.
